Agenda:

Become a Future-Ready Finance Executive

The business environment has been described as a permacrisis, a sustained stream of interconnected/interdependent crises.  Leaders and their organizations are realizing that firefighting is not a sustainable strategy.

Leaders need new capabilities to thrive in this environment. The same holds true for finance executives. In this session, participants will:

  1. Discuss the permacrisis environment and share the biggest challenges they face in this whitewater ahead and their future readiness.

  2. Learn about a new leadership capability framework, The Five Leadership Superpowers™, to help them thrive, not just survive, in the future.

  3. Experience two Superpowers, the Accountable Collaborators and another of the group’s choosing.

  4. Get actionable tips for each of the Superpowers discussed.

  5. Hear about additional steps they can take to become future-ready.

Participants should be ready to actively engage in discussions to maximize the benefits of this session. The session is not for bystanders. 😉
