HOW TO IDENTIFY YOUR TRANSFERABLE SKILLS AND DEFINE YOUR VALUE PROPOSITION.
To find the right companies for your job search, start by identifying your transferable skills and defining your value proposition—what unique strengths and experiences you bring to a new role. Match these skills to job descriptions in industries and companies that need them. Research target companies by evaluating their sustainability, growth, and profitability. Use databases like D&B Hoovers and PitchBook to gather information and assess whether these companies align with your career goals. This approach will help you create a strong narrative and position yourself effectively for new opportunities.
