In addition to audits and taxation, experienced in working with corporates in their growth funding requirements, both debt & equity. Advisor to Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions, and valuations. The firm has conducted a number of Investment Due Diligences for venture capital and private equity investments. The firm has also conducted Techo-Economic Viability Studies for banks.
