Speaker’s Bio:  
Rajiv Kapahi is a fellow of the Chartered Accountants of India and has over 3+ decades of experience as cross functional multi-Industry Leader, an active angel investor and also an advisory member of the board of directors. Rajiv is well acknowledged for the value creation, enterprise strategy, operations, and organization building initiatives. His career is marked by his strong track record of progressive performance & repeated success both at board level as a hands on CXO / CFO across Consulting (E&Y, USA), Office Automation (Ricoh, Japan), FMCG (Gillette, USA), Manufacturing (Owens Illinois, USA), Healthcare (Max, India), IT/ITES (Dell, USA), Life Insurance (DLF Pramerica / Prudential Financial, USA) & Medical Devices (Boston Scientific, USA) sectors. & C-suite network. Rajiv was elevated as the Whole-time Director on the Board of Boston Scientific Company in 2013-14 and was entrusted with additional responsibilities of operations, supply chain and sales distribution departments, and he continued to be on the board till March 2020. As a whole-time director on the India board, his last assignment was also at Boston Scientific Company Pvt Ltd, serving as Sr. Director – Finance, Operations & Distribution for the India-HUB. 

Presently Rajiv continues to be an advisor to multiple startup-platforms providing 'Transaction Advisory Services', through a network of corporates, family offices, venture capital & private equity firms, angel networks, industry bodies and governments. Strategizing, mentoring plus guiding distinctive and diverse startups, enabling cross-border investments.
