Rich professional experience in the industry with in reputed organizations like Pierce Leslie India Ltd, Sundaram Clayton Ltd, Harita Finance Ltd holding senior positions in corporate, finance and treasury management. 

In professional practice as Founder Partner of R V K S and Associates, Chartered Accountants since 1991, offering a range of assurance and advisory services for corporates. The firm, with fourteen partners, has offices in Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Devanahalli and Vijayawada. In addition to audits and taxation, experienced in working with corporates in their growth funding requirements, both debt & equity. Advisor to Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions, and valuations. The firm has conducted a number of Investment Due Diligences for venture capital and private equity investments. The firm has also conducted Techo-Economic Viability Studies for banks.
