Topic: Communicating with Different Generations in the Era of COVID-19

We're at a unique time in history with five distinct generations in the workforce.  Organizations and individuals worldwide are struggling with how to communicate with each other.  As a result of COVID-19, many challenges have become even worse.

Please join us as we welcome Brian Doyle, generational leadership and communication expert and author of Gray Goldfish: Navigating the Gray Areas to Successfully Lead Every Generation, to the FENG.

Brian will grab your attention from the start with humorous examples and fact-based insights about what makes each generation unique - especially in the era of COVID-19.  Those insights, coupled with practical take-aways and best practices, make this a "must see" presentation and discussion.

Here’s what one local business leader had to say about Brian’s presentation: “I’ve sat through many presentations on the topic of leading the various generational groups. Not only did I find your talk more humorous and engaging, but you gave us real-life, practical ways to “bridge the gap” to effectively manage and move the organization forward despite our generational differences. I honestly can’t see an organization that would not benefit from your strategies. I’m looking forward to reading your book next!”

– Jeffrey Eakes, SAS
