Presentation:  Discussion of 2022 Business Leaders Outlook Survey
Speaker:   Thomas Regnante, Maryland Market Executive at JP Morgan Chase
 
This is an annual survey of small and mid-sized business conducted by JP Morgan Chase.  Tom will discuss the survey results, focused on the opportunities and challenges facing Mid-Atlantic business owners, including inflation, shifting consumer habits due to Covid-19, labor shortages, supply chain issues, and the higher cost of doing business. 
 
Schedule:
6:00-6:10: Call to order, Zoom instructions (muting, raising hand, chat, questions, technical issues), agenda review, announcements, and introduction of presentation.
6:10-7:00: Presentation – “Discussion of 2022 Business Leaders Outlook Survey.”
7:00-7:30: 90-second announcements, adjournment.
 
Speaker Bio:
Tom Regnante is Maryland Market Executive at JP Morgan Chase.  With 30 years of experience in the commercial banking industry, Tom is dedicated to creating strategic partnerships and best-in-class financing solutions for middle market companies throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region.  Prior to joining JP Morgan Chase 7 years ago, Tom was a Senior Vice President with Citi Commercial Bank. In this capacity, he led a regional banking team dedicated to structuring corporate loans and developing new relationships with global businesses in various industries.  During his career, Tom has become well-known for utilizing his creativity and a team-oriented approach to delivering holistic solutions to business owners and high net worth individuals.  A graduate of American University’s School of International Service, Tom also earned an MBA in International Business from George Washington University.  Tom resides in Baltimore City with his wife Lisa.  They are happy empty-nesters, with their children living in Washington DC and Atlanta.
