Topic:

How financial executives can explain financial statements and information to other executives from an operational and strategic point of view

Operations leaders are the unsung heroes of the business world. If they’re successful, most people won’t notice. And if they mess up, everyone knows it.

This will be an interactive meeting. Jen will give a brief presentation on some of the information and tools she provides to her clients and then she will open up the discussion for people to share their approaches and ways they break through to get the non-financially trained leaders to embrace the need for financial literacy to be a better executive. Some of the topics that she will cover will be:

  • Selecting metrics that matter
  • Performing operational expense audits
  • Understand profitability and cash flows
