Speaker's Bio:
Ryan Ruffaner is an industrial-organizational psychologist specializing in organizational development and selection systems. He is also a professional speaker on workplace psychology, spirituality, and ethical philosophy, a member of the Foundation Against Intolerance and Racism, and a DEI researcher. He has previously spoken at the University of California – Riverside, the University of Houston – Clear Lake, and various local churches. His writing has appeared in Quillette, FAIR, and his personal Substack, and he has appeared on The Radicalist Podcast with David Volodzko and the Grampion podcast with Jim Tracy.
