Speaker's bio:

Jeff Kapustka has been an Executive Recruiter, Strategic Advisor and Career Coach for nearly 35 years. He has worked for some boutique, Executive Search firms as well as some notable Global Search firms prior to founding SNRG “Synergy” Corporation in 2015.

Jeff Kapustka holds a BA in English with a Minor in Philosophy from St. Meinrad College and Seminary in Southern Indiana. He is a member of the SPE (Society of Petroleum Engineers), the Lumen Institute and attends many conferences and trade shows to continually expand his network.

In his spare time, Mr. Kapustka likes to play golf, hunt, fish, BBQ, spend time with family and friends. He is a Choir Director at Prince of Peace Catholic church and plays in several bands.
