Vivien Hoexter, President, Aviva Strategic Advising
Vivien counsels nonprofits and foundations on developing and refining strategies, marketing more effectively, and increasing both contributed and earned revenues. She coaches executives currently in leadership roles and/or transitioning to new ones. She and her team designed and produced the first Seattle Equity Summit in April 2019.
In November 2017, Hoexter and her then business partner published their first book, Big Impact: Insights & Strategies From America’s Non-Profit Leaders.
Hoexter graduated magna cum laude with a BA in History from Yale University and has an MBA in Marketing from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
