Agenda:
Navigating Your Job Search During the Coronavirus Pandemic

The world has changed dramatically. There is no aspect of our lives that has not been touched. Schools, communities, individuals and companies have all been impacted. In turn, the job market has changed. Companies are not only reevaluating roles and hiring practices...they are questioning whether they have a real need to have people work in person. It is likely that this will have far-reaching consequences. The world will never be the same.

In this presentation, Lew Bader, Co-Chair of the Long Island Chapter and The Resume Review Committee of The FENG will explore how to navigate the new normal and what proactive steps you should be taking NOW to take advantage of the current climate and to prepare for the aftermath.

There will be time for discussion and Q&A.

About Lew Bader

Lew Bader, in addition to co-chairing the Long Island Chapter of The FENG also co-chairs the Peer Resume Review Committee. After spending 40 years in Fortune 500 companies, Lew suddenly found himself out of work for the first time in his life. Over the course of the next two years he developed his job hunting tool kit and ultimately, through diligent networking, landed at Counseling In Schools, a non-profit based in New York City, as their first Finance Director. Lew prides himself on the fact that he met Matt Bud in 1980 when they worked at CBS together. When Lew joined the FENG in 2014, Matt congratulated him on becoming his last friend to join The FENG.
