The Greater Chicagoland FENG Chapters 2nd-ever WEBINAR
Date: Tuesday, May 12, 2020
Time: 9:00 to 10:30 AM CT
Topic: The Burned Out High-Achiever
How to Deal with it, Recover from it,
and achieve Peak Performance
Speaker: Dr. Donna Marino
High-achievers who go unchecked can find themselves spiraling into high-functioning anxiety, high-functioning depression and burn out. This is even more true the higher up the executive ladder you climb. At the May Meeting, Executive Coach and Psychologist, Dr. Donna Marino, will share her advice on helping high-achieving leaders move from burnout to sustainable peak performance.
For those of you who participated in last month’s ELITE virtual presentation by Dr. Donna, you are encouraged to participate as she will be adding new insights from her experiences as we all prepare to adapt to whatever new paradigms may arise given our recent unprecedented health and economic environment.
She also brings her personally built strategies for dealing with morale during transition in general and members will learn:
• Why transition is especially hard for high achievers.
• Why boosting your morale is critical to landing that next great opportunity.
• Practical strategies that you can implement every day to keep your morale high so that you can feel great and attract your ideal position.
