Agenda:
Jeffrey Dinkin, chair of Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth's Employment Law practice group, will speak about the rules for employers and employees regarding COVID-19.

Jeff represents management in all aspects of labor and employment law. His experience spans both private- and public-sector labor relations, representing employers from startup companies developing personnel policies and employee handbooks to established companies expanding into California.

Jeff advocates a proactive approach, counseling employers to evaluate their employment practices to minimize liability exposure. His client-focused counsel is tailored to serve the long-term goals of each client.

Jeff has litigated labor, employment and discrimination cases, as well as wage-and-hour class actions, in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels. He has handled contractual and disciplinary matters in administrative proceedings before arbitrators and governmental agencies. His clients include Costco, Exxon Mobil, Deckers Brands, AECOM (formerly URS Corporation), Endologix, Curvature, LLC and Appfolio, CKE Restaurant Holdings, Inc. and NuSil Technology LLC.

Jeff also has over 20 years' experience in negotiating collective bargaining agreements. Prior to joining Stradling, Jeff was a partner at Sheppard Mullin.
