Speaker's bio:

Since 1987 he has been rendering legal advice on business law to foreign and local companies, in different sectors and industries, doing business in Argentina and LATAN countries. 

José Maria has a large experience in commercial-contract negotiations, M&A and cross border transactions, as well as regulatory issues. He has been part of the academic staff in the Fundación BankBoston and in the Universidad de la Asociación de Dirigentes de Empresas in matters related to corporate law. Jose frequently participates as speaker in different seminars related to business law. Jose also acts as director and syndic in several local and foreign companies, representing foreign investors.
