Speaker's bio: 
Gustavo joined the firm in 2006 and leads the Compliance, Anti-Corruption & Investigations practice.

Gustavo also has significant experience in corporate, M&A, litigation and cross-border matters.

Before joining the firm, he was in-house counsel in both the public and private sectors. He was also a foreign attorney at Yuasa and Hara Law Firm in Tokyo, Japan.

Gustavo earned a law degree from the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella College of Law in 2001, a Specialist Degree in Finance from Universidad de San Andrés in 2009, and a Master’s in Law (LL.M.) degree from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2010.

He teaches compliance and business law at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.

He has published numerous articles with the most prestigious local and international publications and is a frequent speaker at leading universities, conferences, courses, and certifications in Latin America, the USA, and Europe.

Gustavo is co-director and co-author of the Compliance Treatise published by Thomson Reuters, and chairman of the Compliance Committee at Colegio de Abogados de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires.

He is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association and he is also admitted to the New York State Bar.
