We are fortunate to have Larry Hartmann as our guest speaker for the next call. Larry is managing director at ZRG Partners, a professional recruiting firm that is very active in the equipment finance industry. Larry will address the following topics (with time for Q&A):
- Provide insight on current condition of job market for leasing professionals
- Identify companies in a growth or hiring mode
- Traits shared by candidates who companies find most attractive
- Which job search measures are most productive
- Working effectively with recruiters

Our call will begin with each participant\'s brief (60 seconds or less) elevator speech. We also expect to cover matters of broad (not technical) interest, including networking ideas, job leads and insight about the general state of the industry.
