Our speaker will be Marty Latman. Marty will discuss “Networking During the Holidays”. Please reserve your seat by signing up at www.theFENG.org on the Bergen County Chapter page.
It’s that time of year again. It’s Holiday networking time. There is a widespread misconception that the holiday season, from Thanksgiving through the first weeks into the New Year, is the worst time of the year to be active in a job search. According to this view, most senior managers who hire have their minds on other things like a Holiday vacation or other holiday activities with their families. Though these issues do affect some hiring managers, they do not influence the majority of senior executives. Marty Latman discusses why this time of year is the best time of the year to job hunt and provides you with examples to help you improve your networking techniques.
