ABOUT THE SPEAKER

David Marino is co-founder and Senior Executive Vice President of Hughes Marino, a national commercial real estate firm that exclusively represents tenants and owner user buyers in the leasing and acquisition of office, distribution and manufacturing, and research lab facilities. David has been in commercial real estate for 34 years, his first two of those for Trammell Crow Company on the real estate development/acquisition side, and the remaining 32 years exclusively on the tenant side. David is 100% client facing national basis, and with his real time pulse on the markets, will be speaking to us on the unusual commercial real estate market in which we find ourselves across the country. David has negotiated over 2,000 leases for over 20M square feet of space, and is one of the most knowledgeable people in the industry on commercial real estate. In addition, David and his firm have been longtime supporters of the FENG.
