ABOUT OUR KEYNOTE SPEAKERs:

Dalton Goetzinger, Property Casualty Consultant

Dalton is a Consultant with the USI Property & Casualty team located in Houston,
TX. He began his career with USI in an account management role and is now on
the consulting side of the business where he specializes in working to help reduce
the overall cost of risk for clients in the middle market space. He has been in the
insurance industry for the past six (6) years and joined USI full time in 2018 after
completing two internships across lines of business in 2014 and 2016.
Dalton worked on some of USI Houston's largest clients while in an account
management role. He was responsible for the ongoing servicing of the accounts as
well as being involved in the marketing of the accounts for renewal purposes. His
exposure to complex risks early in his career has allowed for a smooth transition
into the consulting side of the business.
Dalton moved into the consulting role with USI at the start of 2021 on the small
business team where he ended up Top 5 in the country in new business sales. In
recognition of this success and additional experience gained, he was brought onto
the middle market team in the fourth quarter of 2021 and has begun building his
book of business around real estate developers and management groups.
Dalton received his B.B.A. in Marketing in 2017 from Texas State University.
