Laurie has spent more than 25 years in corporate roles and been a local small business owner for 10 years. Her experience includes a variety of positions including sales, sales management, account management, training, and learning and development.  Recent corporate roles include National Sales Director for Galen US Pharmaceutical Company, Senior Director of Training and Development for Ashfield Healthcare and North American Regional Learning Manager for Pfizer – a Training Magazine Top 125 Hall of Fame Company.  Her expertise and passion lie in management/leadership development and training teamwork and collaboration.  Laurie is a Certified Professional Behavior Analyst and has achieved many professional certifications including Situational Leadership® II, Influence, Crucial Conversations®, Targeted Selection®, Transformational Coaching, 7 Habits for Managers™, DDI’s Interaction Management®: Exceptional Leaders and Business Impact Leadership®, DISC and Values, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace certificate, and more.  Laurie owns the Crestcom leadership development training franchise of Chester and Montgomery counties.  


Michelle Govan
Michelle L. Govan is committed to the growth and empowerment of companies, organizations, and individuals, through Stress Management, Teamwork and Leadership. Michelle is also the creator of the Blueprint Vision Experience, where she helps corporations, groups and business owner re-evaluate their business goals for the year ahead and put priorities in perspective. Michelle is an author, speaker, and energetic teacher of personal and professional development. She creates and delivers products and services that include but are not limited to seminars, workshops, curricula and trainings that are developed for the lay and professional individual. Michelle shares a wealth of personal and professional experiences to help people move from the ordinary to the extraordinary. Michelle has been interviewed for a TV pilot show; been a contributing writer for magazines and been a guest expert on internet radio shows.
