Speaker's bio:
Jim Ashworth graduated from the University of Texas@ Arlington with Bachelors in Marketing and Business Administration. A believer in giving back, he has funded multiple scholarships with UTA’s School of Business for over 10 years.

Jim is the Managing Partner with Ashworth Tomerlin & Associates and has been annually recognized as one of the Top Recruiters in the country in placing accounting and finance professionals for over 35 years by the Texas and Metroplex Association of Professional Consultants. He has also been a Member of the Pinnacle Society for over 25 years, a consortium of 75 leading recruiters in North America and is a Certified Professional Consultant, which less than 1% of all recruiters have obtained.

Jim has placed over 1,500 business professionals in the DFW area since 1990. He is known for partnering with his employer clients to best understand their needs in order to identify the best qualified candidates to affect expected results, with the average tenure of his placements exceeding 7 years.
