So many things have changed during COVID-19, including preparing for a new role; however, some of the basic best practices are still critical. Join Ed Blum and Kristen Rose, Partners at KLR Executive Search Group, for this interactive Zoom presentation as they take you through how their candidates prepare for interviews and how client expectations have changed in a virtual environment.

Ed has over 30 years of placing C-suite executives in finance, accounting, banking, human resources and technology positions. He has conducted many searches for Chief Financial Officers, Chief Operating Officers, Human Resource Leaders, CIOs, Executive Directors, and other top-level executives.

Outside the Office Ed enjoys spending time with his family. On the weekends, you might find Ed on the golf course or checking out a new restaurant with his wife and friends or spending time with their rescue Golden Retriever Cooper.

Kristen has spent a significant portion of her career placing executive level candidates in fields of accounting, finance, marketing and sales. She partners with Law firms, Banks, PE/VC firms in assisting them with their recruitment needs. Kristen is a graduate of Simmons College with a B.S. in Marketing and Public Relations
