Anna Tiomina has been a practicing CFO for over 10 years, most recently founding Blend2balance, a Fractional CFO services company, and Balanced AI, a platform dedicated to empowering finance professionals with AI knowledge. Her prior roles include CFO at Softeq and market/cluster CFO at Sandoz Pharmaceuticals.

Through her innovative 'AI-first' approach, Anna identifies optimal opportunities for AI implementation, balancing technological advancements with human expertise in financial operations. She regularly conducts webinars and workshops on the topic.

Anna holds an MBA in Finance from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (with Harvard University). She resides in Houston and is raising two teenagers, believing that balancing work and family life is as crucial as balancing AI and human input in finance.
