Speaker’s bio:
Will, originally from Ohio, has worked in employee benefits for over 30 years. He spent the first half of his career working for an insurance company, Assurant, as a Sales Executive / Manager providing innovative solutions for brokers and consultants in Dallas, Washington D.C., and Phoenix. In 2007, he transitioned from his role on the insurance carrier side to his current position with Benefit Commerce Group (BCG) advocating for employers as a Benefits Consultant specializing in cutting edge and sustainable health insurance and employee benefit solutions. Many of Will’s clients have won wellness and benefits awards including the Phoenix Business Journal’s Valley’s Healthiest Employer Awards. Benefit Commerce Group, an Alera Group Company is Arizona’s largest benefits team representing over 600 commercial clients with a staff of over 90 insurance professionals. Alera Group is the 11th largest independent employee benefits firm in the United States.
Will is a previous board member of Rosie’s House and currently a member of SHRM of Greater Phoenix, Arizona Total Rewards Association, and AZ Impact for Good.
