The Power of First Impressions: Making an Impact from the Start

Anyone who interacts with a client knows the value of strong client relationships. But how do those strong relationships get built? At the start, there are the first impressions others have of us. This workshop focuses on using our non-verbal behaviors to create strong first impressions and explores the research behind why first impressions matter.

In this dynamic presentation, we will hear from Beth Rogers who has a passion for helping others communicate powerfully.

  • Identify the key factors that shape first impressions
  • Understand and use the principles of non-verbal communication to leave the impression you desire with your clients
  • Develop strategies for making positive first impressions

This session will quip you with the information you need to leave the strongest first- and lasting- impressions with your clients and co-workers.
