Milos Vulanovic, Ph.D, is Professor of Corporate Finance at EDHEC Business School. He is teaching in various EDHEC programs. He holds a Ph.D. in Financial Economics from The Graduate Center at City University of New York. His prior teaching experience includes City University of Hong Kong, Western New England University, Baruch College-City University of New York, Yeshiva University, Pace University, Lehman College- City University of New York and New York Institute of Technology.
His research interests include empirical corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and special purpose acquisition companies.
