Speaker Bios:
Roger Carbajal, Senior HR professional
Roger has extensive HR experience supporting various industries including manufacturing, technology, pharmaceutical, medical device and service organizations. He is very familiar with leadership development, talent acquisition, employee relations, change management and training and is particularly experienced in developing company culture, guiding talent management, mediating disputes, and providing strategic advice to leaders and operational managers.
Roger received his bachelor’s degree in HR and finance from New Mexico State University and is actively studying for his Senior HR certification. He enjoys giving back to his community and has volunteered with the Resource Center of Dallas for the past five years. He is on the board of directors for the Irving School Foundation.
Nadia Lemon, Senior HR professional
Nadia is a dedicated and driven HR partner with more than 15 years of experience in all aspects of human resources. She joined Insperity in 2018 and currently serves as a strategic business partner to many clients in Dallas Fort Worth and Oklahoma. Prior to joining Insperity, Nadia was a corporate director of HR for the largest hotel management company in the U.S., Aimbridge Hospitality. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Dallas and is PHR certified.
