Speaker’s bio:
Mr Ankur Sharma has been practicing  law since 2013 and has extensive experience in advising clients on international trade, supply chains, and ESG issues. He is a partner at Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan attorneys, where he advises governments and businesses on WTO laws, free trade agreements, supply chain due diligence, BIS-related compliances, and carbon border adjustment mechanism (CBAM). He is advising several Indian exporters on compliance with the EU CBAM and BIS issues.
