Thaddeus Shaffer, the founder of SKW & Associates, discusses why a company should consider performing a vendor audit and the different type of audits involved (accounts payable audits, contract compliance, real-time monitoring). He will also discuss the root causes of problems.

After leaving the US military, Thaddeus started his career performing contract compliance audits in the Oil & Gas Industry. He formed SKW & Associates in 2016.  Thaddeus holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Sam Houston State University and an MBA in Accounting from the University of St Thomas.
