Speaker's bio:
Kristy is originally from New Mexico.  She earned her bachelor’s degree and her master’s degree in engineering from New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology.  Early in her career she became the Chief Engineer of Test and Evaluation at the Naval Air Warfare Station - Weapons Division at China Lake, CA.  In that role she managed multi-million dollar capital investment and modernization projects from both the field and the Pentagon.

She became a financial advisor in 2013 and spent the next 9 years building a thriving wealth management practice in New Mexico.  Hungry for a greater opportunity to serve business owners, she moved to Scottdale and joined Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in 2022.  She is a Certified Financial Planner professional, a Chartered Financial Consultant and a Certified Exit Planning Advisor.
