Topic: How To Avoid Burnout and Have More Energy

Speaker: Elizabeth Pyjov,  Lawyer and Compassion Expert Facilitator

Presentation:

Where do fatigue and chronic fatigue come from? How can we create a mental shift to stop feeling tired? Some professionals are already exercising, eating healthy food, and getting enough sleep – but they are still burned out and report feeling tired. Many people are not aware that there are certain mental processes that give energy, and certain mental processes that take energy away. By focusing on brain science and examining patterns of the mind, this session will give all participants the tools to have more energy in life and at work. We will cover daily practices that will protect from burn-out and mental activities for thriving in the long-term.

Builds: Energy, enthusiasm, and healthier habits; reduces burnout; increases productivity.
