In 2017, after 27 years of traveling the globe in search of executive/management talent and clinical personnel, John left crowded planes and boarding gates, beleaguered
airline service representatives, and apprehensive TSA agents behind - - he hopes permanently - - and embarked on building a hybrid career management platform with
illustrated video instruction augmented with live coaching sessions. 

He currently is guiding clients from the financial services, communications, oil and gas, retail, and healthcare sectors in their journey for a new career, a promotion, to find their next
better job, or to enhance satisfaction with their work-life balance.

 

Prior to his executive search career, John worked in business development in an array of businesses, from the early days of hospital-based helicopter ambulance programs
and aircraft leasing to hospital turnarounds.

 

For more than 10 years, he was a faculty member for a global professional association
teaching managers and executives the Art of the Job Interview. He works from a multi-media studio in Tyler, Texas, a city of about 110,000 near Dallas.
