Speaker's bio:
Vivien Hoexter, president of Aviva Strategic Advising, is a catalyst for organizational and social change, innovative strategy consultant and accomplished executive coach. She counsels nonprofits and foundations on developing and refining strategies, marketing more effectively, and increasing both contributed and earned revenues. She coaches executives currently in leadership roles and/or transitioning to new ones. She and her team designed and produced the first Seattle Equity Summit in April 2019. Hoexter has been an independent consultant since 2011.

Hoexter was CEO of Gilda's Club Worldwide from 2006 to 2008. She and her team created a vision and strategic plan for the organization as a leader in the field of emotional and social support for people with cancer, their families, and friends. The organization increased its income by 55% from 2005 to 2006 and by 40% from 2006 to 2007.

Hoexter graduated magna cum laude with a BA in History from Yale University and has an MBA in Marketing from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
