Agenda:
Topic: "Realistically Moving from Anxiety and Depression to New Possibilities and Directions”

Speaker: Barbara A. Berg, L.C.S.W., practicing psycotherapist at Haven Psychological Associates

Presentation:
During this particularly unusual and sustained time of stress and uncertainty, along with other elongated times of job loss and other changes, anxiety and depression can find their way into your thinking and response to life in a number of ways. Barbara A. Berg, L.C.S.W, has a 30 plus year background of writing, speaking, debriefing trauma, grief, and loss, and conducting psychotherapy around this very subject. Join her and participate in whatever way is comfortable to you, as she conducts a customized workshop, designed to help you structurally recognize where you are in any position of anxiety and/or depression, and what real actions and patterns of thinking you can take on to go from feeling stuck to taking real steps toward reclaiming parts of yourself in a new way.

Speaker's bio:
Barbara specializes in helping clients with anxiety, PTSD, and adult relationships; and also helps her clients have “successful midlife crises,” and how to live life more authentically and successfully.
