The PROtivity System
Do you ever ask yourself, “Where did my day go?”

The PROtivity System sets you up to increase PROfit, make daily PROgress, avoid PROcrastination, and feel like a PRO. This talk is an introduction to the system I have developed to help my clients achieve their dreams. We start with SMART goals, adjust focus, organize the to-do list, understand how to avoid distractions and procrastination, and then finish with building sustainable habits for the future. This system can apply to the busy executive and/or business owner.

Dr. Steven Kirch

After retiring from a successful career as a manager and leader in high-tech, Dr. Steven Kirch of BusinessCultureAdvantage.com brings his passion for helping small businesses to his clients. His goal is straightforward...to help serious small business owners generate more clients, close more sales, and increase their overall revenue and profits...quickly and inexpensively. He specializes in helping small business owners develop strategies to improve their results using time-tested sales and marketing strategies. Then together, they develop methodologies for actual implementation of these strategies in their business.

Over the years, he has developed a keen understanding of the complex issues facing small business owners even in the face of today’s volatile economy. He has a special talent for helping business owners create competition-crushing marketing. He has been a certified facilitator of “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People™” for more than 20 years and uses that along with a variety of other tools to enable his clients to be more productive. Once a strategy has been defined, he helps his clients create custom approaches to bring them to fruition.

In addition, he is on the board of The Gratitude Network – a leadership development organization that works with social entrepreneurs around the world to enable the growth of these innovative companies that are changing the lives of children and youth all over the world.
