We start with SMART goals, adjust focus, organize the to-do list, understand how to avoid distractions and procrastination, and then finish with building sustainable habits for the future. This system can apply to the busy executive and/or business owner.

After retiring from a successful career as a manager and leader in high-tech, Dr. Steven Kirch of BusinessCultureAdvantage.com brings his passion for helping small businesses to his clients. His goal is straightforward...to help serious small business owners generate more clients, close more sales, and increase their overall revenue and profits...quickly and inexpensively. Once a strategy has been defined, he helps his clients create custom approaches to bring them to fruition.
In addition, he is on the board of The Gratitude Network – a leadership development organization that works with social entrepreneurs around the world to enable the growth of these innovative companies that are changing the lives of children and youth all over the world.
