Joe Hart joined NS Capital LLC in 2016. Since then, he has led the firm's eight-fold growth in AUM, focusing on both high-net worth clients as well as the 401(k) space. He focuses on educating clients on investments based on their age, lifestyle, and risk tolerance as well as provide education for corporate clients on the tremendous benefits and cost savings of the newly allowed pooled-employer 401k program.

Prior to joining NS Capital, Joe was the CEO of Value 401K Advisors, consulting to small and medium size businesses on plan design, compliance, and investments. Previously he had a distinguished three-decade career on Wall Street in institutional trading and sales. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame.
