** Sharon will pose the questions prior to breakout to facilitate advance preparation, and each person will have 3.5 minutes to respond.  

Speaker's bio:
Sharon has had a successful career developing and refining her expertise as a senior financial, operations, and strategy executive in public accounting (PricewaterhouseCoopers), Wall Street (Deutsche Asset Management), and higher education (Columbia University in the City of New York).  She now leverages her real life-in-the-trenches experiences in operations, process/project, and strategy experience by helping business owners and leaders through business and executive coaching to achieve their goals.  As part of her job searches and business development, Sharon is an experienced networker.
