Shane Reid is a seasoned professional with 25 years of experience in data and knowledge work automation. His passion lies in helping businesses navigate the complexities of Data, AI, Automation and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). Shane thrives on solving intricate problems and is dedicated to simplifying data and GRC challenges for his clients, ensuring they achieve operational excellence.

Shane's commitment to his network is evident through his proactive approach to mentoring and supporting others. He takes great pride in seeing his colleagues and connections succeed, leveraging his extensive experience to provide valuable insights and guidance.

Recently, Shane made a significant move, relocating his family from Australia to Dallas, TX. This transition marks an exciting chapter in his career as he steps into the role of CEO - North America for Umlaut Solutions. This move underscores Shane's dedication to expanding the business and enhancing its impact in the North American market.

Outside of work, Shane enjoys food, travel, sports bars and learning the DFW roads by becoming an in-house Uber driver for his young kids' various desires for sports domination.
