Mark has been a Fractional CFO for over 10 years, he has an emphasis on Business Transition. His prior experiences include work with startups to Fortune 100 companies in various Financial and Business Development roles. He is a Co-Author of Freeway to Fractional; a Certified Value Analyst (CVA) and a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) Mark was also Co Chair of Kansas City Chapter of the Financial Executives Networking Group for over nine years.
Mark has been a Fractional CFO for over 10 years, he has an emphasis on Business Transition. His prior experiences include work with startups to Fortune 100 companies in various Financial and Business Development roles. He is a Co-Author of Freeway to Fractional; a Certified Value Analyst (CVA) and a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) Mark was also Co Chair of Kansas City Chapter of the Financial Executives Networking Group, for over nine years, and currently hosts a monthly Financial Executives Group Stop By My Office that address starting and succeeding as a Fractional Business Leader.
Jack Mizerak:
Jack has enjoyed a career as a senior finance leader and valued business partner across a variety of service organizations. He drives value by:
- Taking both a strategic and a detailed “on the ground” view of operational processes to identify opportunities that improve the customer experience and optimize economics
- Developing, understanding, measuring and communicating key business drivers; aligning measures with strategy
- Leading/performing analysis that supports organizational objectives and profitable growth

Jack has worked in the hospitality, financial services and management consulting industries, and in higher education. Highlights have included:
1 Financial lead on internal start-ups

2. Working with businesses to improve financial performance through pricing and productivity improvements, while maintaining/improving customer experience

Mark Sue: Financial Strategy & Business Growth Expert
Mark is a trusted finance partner and operational team member who helps turn a start-ups vision into an operations plan and drives results. Mark has an engineering and finance background, foundational skills from top Wall Street Investment Banks, and significant experience in driving growth for venture-backed start-ups.
Mark has spent his career guiding companies to achieve their strategic goals through effective financial planning and a focus on performance metrics. He has successfully supported Series A, B, and C software companies with investor positioning, budget planning, and closing equity and debt financing.Mark is known for his ability to create informative KPIs and guides for the management team to track progress on a regular cadence, to measure attainment vs. targets. Mark also incorporates benchmark data in his internal presentations and charts the course for companies to premium equity valuations relative to their peer group.
Mark collaborates with sales and teams across the organization to drive results. Mark has supported GTM initiatives and marketing efforts and ties it all into financial modeling and customer acquisition strategies to help start-ups drive growth efficiently. In addition to the accounting system setup, financial reporting, and board packet preparation, Mark also enjoys building teams closely to develop team members in accounting and finance.
